If you are planning on bringing at guest to each day of the conference their entrance fee is $250 for the entire conference. This fee guarantees them meals, snacks, refreshments, access to the Exhibitor Hall and Poster Contest Display, and access to the Meet & Greet Event.

Please purchase one ticket for EACH day you would like to obtain guest access. For example, if you would like to bring a guest to two out of three days- please purchase two single day pass tickets. A single day pass ticket entitles the guest attendee to meals, snacks, refreshments, and access to the Exhibitor Hall and Poster Contest Display.

If you would like to bring a guest to the Meet & Greet ONLY and HAVE NOT PURCHASED A FULL GUEST PASS, please only purchase this ticket. Do not purchase a Guest Single Day Pass if you only intend to bring your guest to the Meet & Greet. This ticket entitles each guest attendee to snacks, refreshments, and entertainment at the Meet & Greet event.
