Current efforts include offering B.A. and B.S. undergraduate degrees in physics and some students choosing a path in physics education. Planned efforts include promoting careers in physics education by recruiting and retention of majors with this explicit goal. PTEC membership provides access to like-minded programs and resources in planning and implementation of these goals.
