2007 PTEC Conference LogisticsConference LocationThe Conference will be held at the Millennium Harvest House in Boulder, Colorado. HousingThe Conference has reserved a block of rooms at the: Millennium Harvest House Boulder When you call to make your reservation, be sure to ask for rooms held in the name of "PTEC/APS." Since the Conference begins in the morning on Saturday, March 3, please plan to arrive on March 2. Sessions continue throughout the next day, Sunday, March 4, until 3:00. There are also post-conference focused discussions until 5:00. If you are attending a pre-conference workshop on Friday, March 2, please plan to arrive earlier. MealsBreakfast, Lunch and substantial hors d’oeuvres (6:30 PM-8:30 PM) will be provided at the Conference on Saturday. Lunch will be provided on Sunday, March 4. These meals are included in your conference registration. TransportationTo and from the airport: You will fly into the Denver International Airport (DEN). Once there find the Super Shuttle booth and arrange for transportation to the Hotel. About 10 days before the meeting you will receive an email voucher for Super Shuttle that you need to print out and take with you. Either at the airport or hotel you will need to make reservations for your return trip on Super Shuttle. The return trip is also included in the registration. |
